I'm so happy with my new Personal Record of 55.3 minutes last May 30 at the First Call Center Run or Run 4 Q which was organized by Qualfon.

And now I'm joining another race.

Planet Sports has sponsored their first running event this coming June 27, 2010 which features three race categories - 10Km, 5Km and 3Km.

I registered last June 6 for the 5Km race.

I am not joining this event to compete with other runners but to race against myself and beat my Personal Record. If I can beat my PR then I can also beat hypertension and diabetes which runs in the blood of my parents.
